1. Why should I buy from Fine Color Jewels?

Our goal is to introduce innovative new ways for customers to purchase high-quality gemstone and fine jewelry without the barrier of price. All our products come with a certificate of authenticity. We will guide, assist and educate through the whole way, making the process of purchasing online easier.

2. Where is your jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is made in New York, USA. We source our jewels from India.

3. Where are you located?

We are located in the New York area. We are an online jewellery portal.

4. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do, with the following terms and conditions:

a) Fine Color Jewels will charge for overseas shipping.

b) Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import.

c) All returns/exchanges from International destinations are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by Fine Color Jewels for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.

5. What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns must be in the original condition in the original packaging that you received them.

7. How is my order packaged?

All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations imposed due to COVID-19. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent hand washing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members. 8. What forms of payments do you accept?

Fine Color Jewels accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for all orders domestic and international. You can also choose the other payment methods such as PayPal (PayPal checkout) or Amazon (Pay with Amazon). To know more about the payment options, click here.

9. Can I choose to buy a loose stone or a stone without a setting?

10. How can I get an order repaired?

Please call Fine Color Jewels Consultant at 212-575-1906 or email us on customerservice@finecolorjewels.com for a quote. All repairs are handled on a case by case basis.
