Is the silver and amethyst necklace natural, and how can I be sure of its authenticity?

Yes, the amethyst in this necklace is a genuine, natural pear-shaped gemstone sourced from Africa. Fine Color Jewels ensures the authenticity and quality of all their stones, and the amethyst's characteristics like color and clarity make it a true natural gem you'd expect in fine jewelry.

What size is the pendant and does the chain have an adjustable length?

The pendant measures approximately 0.25 inches in height, 0.46 inches in width, and 1.16 inches in length, making it a delicate and elegant teardrop shape. The cable chain features a spring ring clasp, but it is not adjustable; however, its length is designed to suit most neck sizes comfortably for everyday or special occasion wear.

How durable is the sterling silver and rhodium plating? Will it tarnish with regular use?

The pendant is made of solid 925 sterling silver and plated with rhodium, which adds extra shine and helps protect against tarnishing. With normal wear and proper care—like avoiding harsh chemicals and storing it in a jewelry box—the necklace will maintain its beautiful shine and resist tarnish for a long time.

Are the lab-grown diamonds real, and do they sparkle as much as natural diamonds?

Absolutely! The 13 lab-grown diamonds totaling 0.12 carats on this necklace are real diamonds, created using advanced technology that yields identical physical and optical properties to natural diamonds. They sparkle beautifully and add a brilliant accent to the amethyst pendant, enhancing its elegance without the higher price tag of natural diamonds.

Is this necklace a good gift option for someone with February birthdays or special occasions?

Definitely! Since amethyst is the traditional birthstone for February, this necklace makes a meaningful and thoughtful gift. Its versatile design suits casual wear, office outfits, or dressy occasions, making it perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, or graduations. Plus, Fine Color Jewels offers free shipping and returns to make gifting hassle-free.
