You can return your piece of jewelry for a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied. 

Items must be returned within 30 days from when they were shipped. We will provide you with a return label, and you must return your items within seven (7) working days. Items returned after seven days will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • All items from the sale section of the website are considered final sale.
  • The item should be in its original condition and in original box and packaging. We will inspect the item for the same. If we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund after verification. 

How do I return my order?

First, log into your Finecolorjewels account and select “My Returns.”
Select the item and the reason for the return
Click Create Label or send an email on customerservice@finecolorjewels.com

Be sure to check our return policy to see if your item is eligible for a return!

Note: Original shipping fees if any, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in, you will need to use an appropriate USPS/UPS envelope to return. No oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Fine Color Jewels will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

Return Shipping Fee in the United States of America

We provide free Return Shipping within 48 USA States. 

Note: Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Return Shipping Fee for International orders.

Return shipping is not covered for international orders. International Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. The buyer is responsible for paying these fees, and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping)

Exchanges

We offer an even exchange if you have ordered the wrong size. Please arrange to return it to us and we will exchange it for your correct size.  

Please check www.finecolorjewels.com if your correct size is available, if so please email us at customerservice@finecolorjewels.com, and we will hold that piece for you for an even exchange. You will be responsible for shipping both ways.
